Tracking Sessions with To-Ree-Nee

  • Track: A mark or trail left by the passage of anything.

  • Track: A sequence of events or ideas.

  • Track: To  be in  alignment.......

Tracking Sessions grew out of my ability to track energy  via a combination of several modalities that I've been  involved with over  the last 25 years; tarot readings, channeling, psycho-drama, hypno-therapy, shamanic astrology and creating ritual  healing space.

I liken it to tracking through the woods, through  thickets....sometimes you need help finding a clear path through the  underbrush.

My intention is to  use these intuitive skills to help you move past blockages, to shift time and space to create an opening  for clarity, creativity, change and  growth.

For more information and or to make an appointment, please call  (520) 319-8316.

“The spirit and will are in the thing to exist in a certain way.
In whose hands do bricks dream themselves in to an arch?
Those are the hands I want.''

About To-Ree-Nee

To-Ree-Nee has been a life-long explorer of the  visual, performing and healing arts. Her conscious exploration began  at an early age. When she was 7 she named herself Wolf, calling them  her people and proclaiming them as relatives.

When she was 14 To-Ree-Nee the I-Ching/Book of Changes and began throwing the I-Ching daily for guidance during her turbulent teen-age years. It was the I-Ching that led her to visit the Southwest after college.

In 1984 she received her certification in Kahuna Massage, level one at the Desert Institute of Healing Arts. That experience changed her life, giving her "official" permission to see, sing and speak into the body and allowing her to hear and see the body's story as well.

Caring about community both locally and globally and creating positive change has  always been an important component of who To-Ree-Nee is upon the planet. She worked as an Advisor for Anytown,USA, sponsored by the National Conference of Christians and Jews. She worked with Anytown, USA for 13 years, creating and leading a series of  experiential workshops called the "Art of Being Human" and  completing her tenure in the capacity of Director.

In 1992 To-Ree-Nee had the good fortune to study with Dr, Rita Rogers and  received her certificate in Hypnotherapy. Continuing along her spiritual path she was led to the Priestess Process (1995-96) where she became a Priestess and a member of The International Fellowship of Isis.

In  1999 To-Ree-Nee was accepted in the Visiting Practitioner Program of  Education Development Center,Inc., a global think-tank involved in  building bridges among research, policy and  practice; managing 335  projects in 50 countries addressing critical challenges in   education, health, technology and human rights.

During that year she  also participated in the Sacred Hoop Journey 2: Wiping Away The Tears  sponsored by the White Bison  organization. What was supposed to be a weekend show of support for the Native American Wellbriety Movement  became a surrendering to spirit.

She spent the next week with the  Hoopwalkers, walking from  Buckeye,AZ. to the Vuni Pueblo in New  Mexico. Moving deep into the Heart of Indian Country was another transformative experience for To-Ree-Nee.

In 2003 she was awarded the  prestigious Woman on the Move Award from the Tucson YWCA. She lives in the southwest with the great love of her life, photographer and artist Patrick McArdle and their cats, Jane, Buddha and  Flag..........

Artistic Statement

I believe that everyone has their own personal mythic system. It is influenced partly by their cultural heritage ,ethnic/genetic memories, the society in which they were  brought up in and most importantly to me, a spirituality that is  inherent in each of us.

Not everyone  operates with this knowledge in  the forefront of  their brain, But it is there... like a whisper influencing our lives and how we view our circumstances. I keep my eyes open for signs and omens and messages from those deep places inside of me. I love the time between late afternoon and twilight  when all things seem possible, magic and longing shimmer in the air.

I am after that essence in my work; the visual interface between  myth, memory, quantum physics and color. The place where my blood  begins to sing and I am simply creating from the endless infinite  holographic song, the call and response between Me and You and  the  Universe.

Final Thought

From the poem Song by Adrienne Rich:

If I am lonely, it's with the row  boat ice-fast on the shore,
and the last red light of the year that  knows what it is,
that  knows it's neither ice nor mud nor winter light
but wood, with a gift for burning.
